I did some tilt and there might have been an Einstein flash camera left for fill. Fujinon SF lens 1:5.6 / 250 mm

I tried more tilt and swing, which was a bit too much for the Tessar lens to cover:

This last one had too much fill flash, but I find it a bit interesting:
